Extensive market knowledge, dedication to her clients, and a keen eye for design are just some of the many traits you can expect when working with Hillary Hutter. Primarily serving Whatcom and Skagit Counties, Hillary brings years of sales and real estate experience and a deep-rooted understanding of Washington State.
Born and raised in Bellingham, Hillary’s real estate journey began long before obtaining her real estate license. With a lifelong passion for the industry, she transitioned from a thriving career in sales and fitness to real estate, marrying her background in interior design with her commitment to client satisfaction. Since obtaining her real estate license in 2018 and becoming a full-time agent in 2020, Hillary has consistently gone above and beyond for her clients, offering unique insights into the local market and maximizing property potential.
Hillary’s unique FETCH method is designed to help dog parents transition smoothly into their dream homes. This five-step process ensures a stress-free experience, from finding tailored solutions and exploring dream possibilities to transforming homes and crafting winning strategies. Her dedication doesn’t stop there—Hillary donates a portion of her proceeds to animal rescue groups, reflecting her commitment to making a difference.
Beyond her real estate career, Hillary is deeply involved in animal advocacy. She is currently completing several programs to become a dog trainer and help as many rescue dogs as possible. Stepping into a more significant role with The Pittie Project PNW, she often spends her spare time helping rescue dogs find their forever homes. Outside of volunteering, Hillary has a very close relationship with her family and loves going on adventures with her husband and dog, Olive. Hillary is also the proud owner of Dylan, her beautiful quarter horse. Whether helping clients find their perfect home or volunteering with rescue organizations, Hillary’s passion for real estate and animal welfare shines through.
