Marysville

One of Washington’s fastest-growing areas, for good reason

Located just 35 miles north of the heart of Seattle, Marysville is a bright, vibrant, fast-growing community. One of Snohomish County’s best places to live, work, and play boasts a bustling economy, fair cost of living, and very high quality of life. The recent influx of several new residents has led to an uptick in the construction of new homes fitted with modern materials, ample elbow room, and functional floor plans for modern lifestyles.

Marysville was established in 1872 and instantly became a major center for logging, with dairy farms soon established on the cleared-out former forests. By the turn of the century, Marysville was bustling with new businesses, social clubs, and hundreds of residents. Today, Marysville has annexed nearly two dozen surrounding areas, bringing its current population close to 70,000, further spurring the construction of more homes and the establishment of new residential neighborhoods.
